• 5. Verification and assignment. Pass your assessment, get your FVA70K Verified badge, and start receiving project assignments.

• IT Support Assistant (entry): Handles routine tasks under supervision. Content updates, basic checks, ticket responses.
• IT Support (verified): Independently handles maintenance tasks. Monitoring, updates, client communication.
• Senior IT Support (experienced): Reviews junior work, handles complex issues, mentors new trainees.
• Privacy Assistant / SEO Assistant (specialized): Works in their specialty track on assigned projects.

Everyone starts as an Assistant. You earn your way up with consistent, quality work.

• Project board: All active client projects and tasks are listed with clear requirements.
• Matching: Tasks are assigned based on your verified skills, track, and availability.
• Briefing: Every assignment comes with clear instructions, deadlines, and a reviewer.
